Hello,
Do you know what is the syntax for the path to attachments with windows XP ?
I tried for exemple e:/here/attachments or e:\here\attchments but i doesn't work. I always have this message : No usable attachment directory found.
Any idea ?
Thanks
Regards
I would assume that E:\path\to\dir\ would work. Did you change the filesystem delimiter setting to the windows delimiter in the hastymail2.conf file? If not this could be the problem. Also you need to be sure that the web server software has the ability to read and write to the attachment directory. If it is still not working after you check those ideas it would be great if you could file a bug report at the Tracker so I can follow up with you until we can get it resolved.
Thanks for the feedback and I hope that helps,
Jason
Hello,
I tried to use ./attachments/ and it's good but with a full path not in the root directory, it doesn't work.
Regards
That seems odd. I don't have access to a windows server so I really don't know what to expect. Thanks for the response.

I am having the same problems with attaching anything to emails. When I click the attach button I receive a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.
Any help would be appreciated.
Are you using the latest code? I would try the SVN version and see if it helps. You can grab a copy here:
http://hastymail.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/hastymail/trunk/hastymail2.tar.gz?view=tar
Also, 500 errors generally report something to the webserver log when they occur explaining the cause of the problem. Do you have any log messages that relate to this error that might help identify the problem?
Thanks for the feedback,
Jason
