Hi Jason: After giving access to several users and soliciting feedback, the only consistent issue is not being able to delete a message while reading it. Other than that, it seems to be working quite well.

Thanks for the feedback. It is possible to delete a message while reading it (or mark it unread or flag it) while moving up to the mailbox, or the previous and next message. The options are not very intuitive however. The 3 links in the upper right of the message view are actually dropdowns that provide links to do a message action (delete/flag/unread) while navigating (prev/next/up). IIRC I made at least a slight change to the current SVN to make this more obvious.

One thing that occured to me, was to make the arrows in the message screen (the ones just under "contacts") configurable. I spend most of my time reading a message then wanting to delete it and move onto the next message.
With the current menu options at the top right this means I need to click twice to delete the message and move to the next one.
If the arrows could be configured (defaulting to their current options) then I could perform my most regular actions with a single click.

Making those configurable is an option. I don't like having to click twice either (and I miss the prev/next/up + move to from hm1). I built it this way more to save on screen space than anything else. Thanks for the feedback, I will put this on the list and see what can be done.
