Bad "From" field with non English letter in user "Name"
used settings:
hastymail2.conf:
host_name : poczta.domena.pl
User profile:
Name : Jan Kamiński ( Polish char in name)
Email Address : jan@firma.pl
cause that recipient got email with bad From field
"Jan Kamiński <jan@firma.pl>"@poczta.domena.pl // bad
( ofc Kamiński is UTF-8 coded ). Hastymail2 adds @poczta.domena.pl - why?
Without Polish char in Name ( eg Jan Kaminski) recipient got email with right From field:
"Jan Kaminski" <jan@firma.pl> // should be
Bad "From" field with non English letter in user "Name"
We had a similar problem with profiles and non-ascii characters recently that was fixed in SVN. Could you try the latest version (revision 1149 or newer) and let me know if this problem persists.
