Subject line not correctly converted to html characters
If a mail contains a &, possible other chars as well, in the subject the mailbox listing page breaks with a xml parser error, since it's not converted to &

I changed the default behavior of the "htmlsafe" method that is used to prep text for display to handle this situation. I am not sure if this will break anything else yet but it fixes xml compliance problems for several pages. This is in rev 1024
