Update time again. There have been a handful of fixes as well as some more testing and feedback since the last news update. Enough to warrant a snapshot release on the Download page. Unless something unusual happens I expect this snapshot to be very similar to the next official release. Speaking of which I think it is about time to switch from beta releases to release candidates, and I hope to get an RC-1 out within the next week or two. Thanks again to everyone who has been checking out Hastymail and providing feedback. As of now all reported bugs are fixed and my list of to-do items is primarily housekeeping.
It's been about a month since the first beta release of the new Hastymail code and I am happy to announce the second beta version is ready for download. I had hoped to have some more plugin development done by this point but if nothing else, thanks to all the helpful feedback from testers, many issues reported after the first beta release are corrected.
We are pleased to announce a new Hastymail2 beta release. Many issues have been resolved since the last release, and quite a bit has been done in SVN since the last news update. Thanks to all the folks supplying great feedback and bug reports, keep up the good work!

We are excited to release this code and invite anybody interested to give it a try and share your thoughts and feedback. This version will be followed by at least 2 more beta releases before we start putting together candidates for a stable series.
I am happy to announce that the first release candidate of Hastymail2 is now available for download. As always a big thanks to everyone who has been testing and providing feedback and bug reports. This will be the first of 3 or 4 release candidates as we finalize the code for the first stable release of Hastymail2. There are quite a few fixes and updates since the Beta 3 release and I encourage everyone to upgrade and let us know what you think. The following are the change log entries since the last news update:
